Travel distribution technology provider Derbysoft has been acquired by Juniper Group, a software portfolio business operating under Canadian technology conglomerate Constellation Software, the companies announced Tuesday.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Dallas-based DerbySoft provides direct connections between hotels and travel management companies, among other capabilities. It will continue to operate independently under CEO Ted Zhang. DerbySoft's b-to-b travel wholesaler subsidiary PKFare is included in the transaction.
The deal extends Juniper Group's travel technology reach in the U.S. and Asian markets.
